How To Reserve

Reservations must be received by Management no less than (30) days prior to the event. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. Our office cannot ‘hold’ a date. Dates will only be booked upon receipt and approval of a completed application packet, including account is in good standing, along with the rental and deposit fee. 


**(Money Order, Cashiers Check, and Check only.)


If you wish to add or change hours to your reservation, any changes must be received no less than (30) days prior to your event, by the person listed on the contract.

The Clubhouse is available from 10 AM to 11 PM, Monday through Sunday. 


The Grand Hall (includes Logia and  upper patio) holds 150 persons

Fees

What The Reservation Includes

       

Grand Hall (includes   Logia, upper patio): 

$450.00 – Usage Fee

$500.00 – Refundable Deposit Fee

$150.00 – Event Monitor Fee 

$1100.00 – Grand Total


Additional Time 

$35.00 per hour after the 6th hour

$50.00 per hour after the 8th hour

Grand Hall includes the logia, which is the outdoor patio seating area where the fireplace is located under the ceiling fans      and the upper deck. Tables and chairs are not provided by the HOA.
 

No Pool or BBQ Grill Access

No Pool or BBQ Grill Access

Pool access and barbecue use is prohibited by guests during the event. No exceptions. Facility reservations do not include use of the pool or spa. Therefore, you or your guests may not use any of these facilities in conjunction with your reservation. This includes guests attending your event who may be community residents. 

Insurance Requirement

What The Reservation Includes

No Pool or BBQ Grill Access

A current certificate of liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $500,000.00. Temporary Binders will not be accepted. Additionally, your certificate must also include the following:

  • EastLake III Master Association, 1150 Woods Drive, Chula Vista CA 91914, must be named on the certificate as additionally insured.
  • Endorsement must indicate coverage for the date of your event.
  • Minimum coverage amounts of $500,000.00.
  • Certificate must indicate use for Clubhouse rental.

If your insurance carrier cannot provide event insurance, you may use one of the following websites to obtain a one-day event insurance policy:

www.privateeventinsurance.com, www.theeventhelper.com, and www.eventsured.com 


Our office must receive the insurance certificate ten (10) days in advance of your event.

Pre inspection will be conducted by the Event Monitor at the start of your rental time. The Event Monitor is there to      enforce the rules and help the host with any questions or concerns through out the event.  Post inspection will be done at the end of the event to ensure everything is left in the manner received.
