Board of Director's Meetings

The EastLake III Community Association Board of Director’s Meeting is held every third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM, except for December. Meetings are held in person at the Woods Clubhouse upstairs conference room and additionally, owners are able to attend via Zoom. Agendas and Zoom links are sent out via e-blast on the second Friday of the month as well as posted on The Woods and Creekside bulletin boards.

The Annual Meeting of Members (election of new Board members) is held in December with the Delegate Election (Neighborhood Representatives) held every other year (odd years). 

The policy for meeting conduct provides that members of the EastLake III Community Association will be given time for addressing the EastLake III Board during the open session forum. Each member will have up to 3 minutes to address the Board with their comments. 

No disruptive behavior will be permitted during the meeting, including clapping, verbal outbursts, profanity or slanderous remarks to other members or the Board. No video or audio recording will be permitted. 

Neither the Board nor management will respond to questions during the meeting. Any questions must be submitted in writing to the Board and a response to the questions will likewise be returned in a reasonable period of time. 

Board meetings are business meetings, not public hearings. In the event a hearing is conducted during a Board meeting, the hearing will be limited to Executive Session with approved member comments permitted during the hearing period only. 

The policy further calls for recess of the open session if the Board is unable to establish order.
