Reservations must be received by Management no less than (30) days prior to the event. Reservations are on a first come first served basis. Our office cannot ‘hold’ a date. Dates will only be booked upon receipt and approval of a completed application packet, including account is in good standing, along with the rental and deposit fee.

If you wish to add or change hours to your reservation, any changes must be received no less than (30) days prior to your event, by the person listed on the contract.
Monday to Saturday: 4 PM to 11 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 11 PM

A current certificate of liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $500,000.00. Temporary Binders will not be accepted. Additionally, your certificate must also include the following:
If your insurance carrier cannot provide event insurance, you may use one of the following websites to obtain a one-day event insurance policy:

Our office must receive the insurance certificate ten (10) days in advance of your event.
If renting the interior of the clubhouse the furniture can be rearranged but cannot be placed outside. Rearranged furniture must be returned to its original location by the end of your rental time. The event monitor has a photo of the furniture that you reference to. Additional tables and chairs are not provided by the HOA. If renting the patio you receive existing tables and chairs as well.
Pool access is prohibited by guests during the event. No exceptions. Facility reservations do not include use of the pool or spa. Therefore, you or your guests may not use any of these facilities in conjunction with your reservation. This includes guests attending your event who may be community residents.
Pre inspection will be conducted by the Event Monitor at the start of your rental time. The Event Monitor is there to enforce the rules and help the host with any questions or concerns through out the event. Post inspection will be done at the end of the event to ensure everything is left in the manner received.
