Q: How can I get an ID badge?
A: Please visit the onsite office located at 1331 S. Creekside Dr., Chula Vista, CA 91915 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm). Come prepared with a current photo ID, and if renting, a lease agreement, or current utility bill.
Q: Is there a fee for a badge?
A: New homeowners receive (2) badges for free. Any additional badges are $25/per badge. Renters are required to pay $25/per badge and we only accept check or money order only payable to EastLake III.
Q. Do I need to be current with my HOA Assessments to access the facilities?
A. Yes, according to the Association Rules, owners who have outstanding assessments due to the association or other compliance issues will have their access privileges suspended until such issues have been resolved.
Q: May I bring guests to the pool with me?
A: Residents are permitted to bring household residents and 5 outside guests.
Q: Can my friend or family member use my badge?
A: Badges are for the exclusive use of the person pictured on the badge.
Q: What if I’m renting out my property, do I get an ID badge too?
A: ID badges are for residents only. If you are an owner renting out your home, you transfer all privileges to your tenant.
Q: Can I give my tenant my badge since I am not living in the community anymore?
A: Unfortunately, no, since the badge has a picture of the designated badge holder; tenants will need their own badge.
Q: My badge was working fine yesterday, and today it suddenly stopped working?
A: If this issue comes up, please contact management during business hours to see if your badge was deactivated for whatever reason or if to see the chip within the card has broken internally.
Q: What if my ID badge is lost or stolen?
A: Report it to the office. It is possible that someone has turned it into the office, or the security guard has found it while on the facility. This will prevent the badge being used by someone other than the pictured resident. To replace the badge, it is a $25.00 fee for each one.
