Don’t forget that your 2026 ID Badge stickers are now available for pick up at our onsite office (during office hours). We no longer mail these stickers out, so please make time to stop by! The 2026 stickers are important to show proof of current residency; however, they do not open the gates to our facilities. There is no need to “renew” your access badges, just drop in and pick up your sticker. Also, if you are renting out your home, please make sure your tenants have a current lease agreement on file to verify residency with our office. If your ID Badge is not working, please stop by and see us, we will gladly assist!

At Eastlake III HOA, we strive to create a safe and welcoming community for our residents. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all members of our association.

Our Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. They work tirelessly to ensure that our association runs smoothly and efficiently.

We believe that fostering a sense of community is essential to a happy and healthy neighborhood. That's why we organize a variety of events throughout the year.

EastLake III recently had the pleasure of welcoming Dawn Bauman, Chief Executive Officer of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), during her visit to San Diego for the 2026 CAI San Diego Education Conference.
During her visit, General Manager Erin Pruitt and Operations Manager Omar Arce, along with representatives from Walters Management and RealManage, provided a tour of the community and shared information about the Association's operations, amenities, and ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance EastLake III.
Serving more than 3,000 homes, EastLake III is recognized for its well-maintained common areas, amenities, and commitment to preserving the quality of life for its residents. We were honored to have the opportunity to showcase our community and the collaborative efforts of the Board of Directors, management team, vendors, and homeowners who contribute to its continued success.
We extend our sincere thanks to Dawn Bauman for taking the time to visit EastLake III and learn more about our community. We appreciate the opportunity to share the work being done to help make EastLake III a wonderful place to call home.
